Updating Report Content and Product Configuration in Nuj

How to manage your MOA data directly in the platform, including Report Content and Product Configuration

Updated over 2 weeks ago

You can now manage your MOA data directly in the platform. This includes updating both Report Content and Product Configuration files for each fund.

This guide explains how uploads work, what happens to your existing data, and how to review any changes you’ve made.

Report Content

Report Content includes:

  • goals and actions

  • metric group commentary

  • outcome assessments

How updates work

  • You can upload a partial file.

  • Only the records in your file are added or updated.

  • Any existing records that are not included in your upload will stay as they are.

Steps

  1. Go to Outcomes Assessments → Report Data

  2. Select Upload under “Report Content”

  3. Choose your file and submit

  4. Uploads take effect straight away

Reviewing your changes

To check what’s now in the system:

  • Click Download to export the latest version, including your updates.

Product Configuration

Product Configuration includes:

  • product names

  • product types

  • display names

  • template IDs

How updates work

  • This upload is a full replace.

  • All existing product configuration records are cleared and replaced with the contents of your file.

Steps

  1. Go to Outcomes Assessments → Report Data

  2. Select Upload under “Product config”

  3. Choose your file and submit

  4. Changes apply immediately

Reviewing your changes

Select Download to see the current Product Configuration after the upload

  • Please message us via Intercom chat

  • The refresh is done manually by the Nuj team

  • This step is only needed occasionally, for example after multiple uploads
