Entity Admins - Resetting Passwords πŸ”‘

This article helps entity admins reset passwords for their team members

  1. Go to Settings then Administrator and find the user whose password you want to reset.

  2. Click on the Key next to their name
    ​

  3. Click Reset to confirm
    ​

The user will receive an email with a code to reset their password.

If the user is having trouble receiving SMS codes when logging in, you can check their mobile phone number by clicking on the Edit button next to their name

If the phone number is incorrect, click Edit to edit
