Reset your password

This article will describe the process to reset your password if you have forgotten your password, or have to reset it for another reason.

  1. From the login screen click the Forgot your password link

  2. Enter the email address associated with your account

  1. Click Reset my password

  2. You will receive an email containing a verification code (check your junk email if you don't see it)

  3. Enter the code in the Password Reset screen, then enter and confirm your new password.

Click Change Password

You should now be able to log in with your new password.
