The Data Validations View summarises all the APRA validation errors, warnings, and nudges in a single, easy-to-use view.

The Data Validations view summarises all errors, warnings and nudges identified by our validation engine for each reporting period for the underlying data loaded.

"Errors" and "Warnings" are issues that require attention according to the APRA taxonomy. "Nudges" are issues Nuj have identified from understanding your data.

Navigation

To access this view:

  1. Click Connect Reporting (in the left hand navigation)

  2. Click Submission Overview

  3. Click Data Validations

Visualisation

This view allows you to quickly identify and understand validation issues and drill down into which form requires action.

To view error detail:

  1. If you have more than one fund, sort by the Fund and Quarter ending you wish to view.

  2. The validations are easily colour coded to help you see where the issues are. Click on the validation rule to bring up the specific warnings and errors.

2. You can also drill into the warning, error or nuj by for more information by clicking on the number of errors (the bold blue number on the left hand side)

This view will also allow you to filer by all or just the ERROR/NUJ/WARNING.
