Question: How do I close a submission?

Answer: This is not a permissible action at the moment (2024-12-04) please raise the issue via the chat on the bottom right hand corner and we will action it as soon as possible.

Question: How come I can't approve a return even though I'm an approver?

Answer: Check that the review has been started by a reviewer.

Question: What's the deal with the ad hoc returns?

Answer: Ad hoc returns needs to be attributed to a bespoke date. If you have trouble uploading the file via the return try to load it via the file exchange. If that fails please raise it with us via the chat on the bottom right hand corner.

Question: I upload a file but get a message saying that the file has already been uploaded, what's happening here?

Answer: Our file namer feature helps you automatically generate based off the details in the file. This is calculated off features of your spreadsheet such as included tab names, and the reporting end date in the EntityDetails tab. Unfortunately sometimes there are bugs in the process, if this is happening with you please raise it with us via the chat on the bottom right hand corner.
