🧭 Admin on Platform – User Guide

Admin on Platform gives Entity Administrators control to view and manage users within their Entity or Fund.


πŸ” Accessing Admin on Platform

  1. Log into the Nuj platform

  2. Click the Settings cog at the bottom of the side menu

  3. Choose Administrator

  4. You’ll land on the User Management screen


πŸ‘€ What You’ll See

  • Entity/Fund Code – Top left

  • User Summary – Top right

    • Total Users

    • Active Users

  • Full User List – Main screen with key details for each user


βž• Adding a New User

  1. Click the β€˜+’ icon at the top of the user list

  2. Complete the required fields:

    • Full Name

    • Email Address

    • Phone Number (required for MFA)

    • User Form

    • Role(s): Preparer, Approver, Submitter, Administrator, Reviewer

  3. Select Save

βœ… Tip: Make sure role selection matches the user’s tasks (e.g. Preparer vs Approver). This controls what the user can access.


πŸ›  Managing Existing Users

Each user has three action icons on the right:

Edit User

Update name, phone, or role. ❗ Email changes must go through Nuj Support.

Deactivate User

Remove or re-enable a user’s access. Deactivated users stay in the system for audit purposes and can be restored.

Reset Password

Immediately sends a password reset email to the user.


πŸ“œ Viewing Change History

Use the History icon (πŸ•˜) in the top-right corner to view a full log of user-related changes:

  • What changed

  • When it changed

  • Who made the change

βœ… Great for auditing and troubleshooting without needing to contact the team.


⚠️ What to Watch Out For

  • Missing mobile number – Required for MFA setup

  • Setup email not used in time – Expires after 24 hours; use Reset Password if needed

  • Incorrect role selection – Make sure roles align with the user’s responsibilities

  • Entity changes – If a user needs to be moved to a new entity, contact Nuj Support
