π§ Admin on Platform β User Guide
Admin on Platform gives Entity Administrators control to view and manage users within their Entity or Fund.
π Accessing Admin on Platform
Log into the Nuj platform
Click the Settings cog at the bottom of the side menu
Choose Administrator
Youβll land on the User Management screen
π What Youβll See
Entity/Fund Code β Top left
User Summary β Top right
Total Users
Active Users
Full User List β Main screen with key details for each user
β Adding a New User
Click the β+β icon at the top of the user list
Complete the required fields:
Full Name
Email Address
Phone Number (required for MFA)
User Form
Role(s): Preparer, Approver, Submitter, Administrator, Reviewer
Select Save
β Tip: Make sure role selection matches the userβs tasks (e.g. Preparer vs Approver). This controls what the user can access.
π Managing Existing Users
Each user has three action icons on the right:
Icon | Action | Details |
π Pencil | Edit User | Update name, phone, or role. β Email changes must go through Nuj Support. |
π Bin | Deactivate User | Remove or re-enable a userβs access. Deactivated users stay in the system for audit purposes and can be restored. |
π Key | Reset Password | Immediately sends a password reset email to the user. |
π Viewing Change History
Use the History icon (π) in the top-right corner to view a full log of user-related changes:

Who made the change
β Great for auditing and troubleshooting without needing to contact the team.

Missing mobile number β Required for MFA setup
Setup email not used in time β Expires after 24 hours; use Reset Password if needed
Incorrect role selection β Make sure roles align with the userβs responsibilities
Entity changes β If a user needs to be moved to a new entity, contact Nuj Support
